How Caring works

From a reading to a clearer picture.

01

Connect supported data

Link an available device or provider so compatible vital readings can flow into Caring through secure APIs.

02

See what changed

AI-assisted summaries organise recent readings and longer-term patterns into a simple daily view.

03

Stay close, together

Review your information and share selected updates with trusted family or caregivers when you choose.

An important boundary

Caring keeps information in view. Your healthcare professional guides care.

There are no doctors onboarded on Caring. The app does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency monitoring. If you feel unwell or believe you have an emergency, contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency services immediately.

Questions, answered

Know exactly what Caring is—and isn't.

We believe health technology should make its role clear from the start.

Visit support
Does Caring provide doctors or medical consultations?+

No. Caring does not onboard doctors and does not provide consultations, diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency monitoring. It helps you organise and understand supported health data. Medical decisions should always be made with a qualified healthcare professional.

Where does my vital data come from?+

Caring is designed to receive compatible readings through supported devices, health platforms, and provider APIs. Available data depends on the connections supported in your region and plan.

Does the AI diagnose health conditions?+

No. AI is used to organise information, highlight patterns, and make data easier to understand. Its output is informational and should not be treated as a diagnosis or medical advice.

Can my family see my information?+

Only when you choose to share it. Sharing controls are designed so you can decide which trusted people receive access and remove that access later.

How will subscriptions work?+

Caring will offer multiple paid tiers through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will be handled according to the store used for the purchase.
